Phonics

Phonics
Below are some online Phonics resources for children to access at home. Our Phonics learning at school is split into Phases; you will see these websites also follow these Phases. Most children in Year R will be working through both Phases 2 and 3, and children in Year 1 will be working through Phases 4 and 5. If your child is finding the resources from a Phase difficult, just try the lower phase. All Phonics teaching is differentiated to the needs and abilities of the individual children.
Phonics Play is a resource the children use regularly in school and will be familiar with. They have removed their normal subscription fee to allow parents to access this from home. They have also redeveloped their site to make it tablet friendly.
